MyDencare would try to ensure you receive your membership card within 5 working days.
No refunds after you become a member of MyDencare.
MyDencare staff is valued and we have zero tolerance policy for any threatening behaviour or abuse which will result in cancellation of the membership.
If you have any concern about a certain aspect of the treatment please contact the head office with your complain and we will investigate it further and will come up with a solution for our valued members.
The member would be de-registered for a year, if he fails to attend three appointments.
Members would not be able to change the dentist in the middle of the year without reasonable excuse.
The scaling removes tartar above the gum and would include polishing.
It would be dentist’s discretion for the filling material.
The filling will be guaranteed for 3 months, like for like and number of surfaces.
There will be a separate charge for the emergency appointment
Membership Fee will remain the same for a year but might be adjusted according to the inflation rate in Pakistan.
Treatment charges are fixed for a year but might subject to change according to the inflation in Pakistan.
Appointments can be rescheduled by the dentist on a short notice in case of an emergency
In case of any complication, during the procedure the patient will be referred to a specialist and there will be additional cost to it.
Mydencare has the right cancel the membership of our customers in case the finances are not settled by the patient
